Seasonal Rentals

  • 11% bed tax on all seasonal rentals of less than 6 months and 1 day. There is no tax on yearly rentals.
  • All rentals include water, electric, trash, cable, lawn service (Some electric may be limited.)
  • Deposit required on all rentals. Deposit is not refundable until end of your stay and after inspection. Deposit fees will be returned with 15 days of your departure.
  • Checks MUST clear prior to your occupancy.  Credit cards are not accepted.
  • Checkout time is 11:00 A.M. on the last day of your lease. Check in time is 1:00 P.M on the first day of your lease
  • All of our units are very clean and fully equipped with maintenance crew on call.
  • You are required to clean your rental and leave it as you found it or you may hire a cleaning service.
  • Homes are rented by the month beginning with the first day of each month.
  • All rental's are based on Double Occupancy ($150. per month for each additional person)
  • Rentals for the following year MUST be confirmed PRIOR to your current departure date.
  • Some units have local phone
  • No condos on Pine Island allow pets
  • No Smoking in most units. Some smoking units available.
